Arrgh! My neighbors are re-doing their house to sell it, and they have been doing it since June. You won't believe how much trash they took out of their house. First, there were lots of dump trucks and a bulldozer, and they were making so much noise. Then every single day I woke up to the sound of a saw cutting tile and wood. Besides the dump trucks, they also needed a dumpster to take out all their trash.
Right now I hear some kind of banging noise, but it's very annoying. I hope they're finished re-modeling their house soon!

I used to work in Smyrna, Ga, just outside of Atlanta.

^Is your dorm nice?
I just got back from a pep rally from school, and my ears are still ringing. Fortunately, my neighbors aren't making any noise today

My freshman dorm was tiny as crap. It sucks living in the same room as a random person.

Yes and no. There's enough room for me to store all my things, but there's no air conditioning.

Right now, I'm practically the Freshman Playboy of NIU, most likely because I'm not afraid to play a piano in front of 500 people.

^No air conditioning? I wouldn't be able to stand that.
I think I'm going to get a nice condo when I go to college. I'll make sure it has plenty of room for my ball machines (if I'm still interested in them by then).

Well, I'm in a room under the shade of a conifer tree (I think a Pine), and we get to have a fan, so that keeps things from getting too hot. Plus, the lounges in the hall are air conditioned.

On the other hand, in the halls that are air conditioned, they never turn the things off (not even in Winter). A lot of people have told me it's a lot harder to stay warm in those places when the temperature outside is oh, say, -10*.

I Hate Math... I suck so horribly at it. First class of Grade 11 math, and I'm totally lost. At least this is my last year taking it.

^Principles Math, which is the hardest level. I really didn't want to take that high, but my counselor insisted that I did.

^That is if you have the right teacher.
I had to repeat Algebra I this year because I sucked at it last year.

They jumped right into the middle of some really hard algebra. I think what i hate is that They expect you to remember every last detail from last years math, and don't explain it again and just give you a bunch of questions that you have no clue how to do. I guess, I hate the teachers more then the actual math...

Oldest residence hall on campus, I think. Fortunately, I don't use it at all except to sleep, so it's not too big a load to bear.

Trust me, be glad you're not doing statistics or calculus yet. In algebra, you use four functions to solve a thousand problems. In calculus, you use a thousand functions to solve four problems.

And speaking of which...(*winces at calc homework*)

^yeah it is cool. The instructions were missing from the Tyranno bot, so i just spent the last 2 hours trying to build it just from the picture on the box. When i was finished i still had 30 pieces left over, so obviously i missed something, lol.

I remember trying to build the Trampoline Tower just from a small picture in a catalog, and I actually thought it would work! I was about 7 years old then. After all those years of wanting that set, I finally got it last summer.
