I'm going with my dad to buy a boat tommorow off a guy from craigslist. I hope he isn't a killer! J/K. But seriously I'm getting a boat. It's nothing fancy, just a plain Jon Boat with a 20hp motor and little trolling motor.

Oh and Volcano Tacos and Nachos are amazing. The burritos are nasty though. Taco Bell FTW.

I made the leap today and bought my first lego set.

By far the most amazing thing I have ever put together. Its so freaking complicated its awesome. It has 76 gears, a full transmission, and all sorts of cool stuff. Took me a good 8 hours to build.

This doesn't mean I'm not building knex anymore, i just wanted a little but more of a challenge.

^That's a great set! I've always liked Technic, but it's pretty expensive.

Yah, it was a little pricey($199), but i think the quality of lego sets make it worth it.

I'm 17 today! yay!

^at the rate Knex is going, and can see why a lot of people would make the switch.

I still love all my old knex though. Will never give it up.

I haven't been able to build things out of K'Nex much, since I have other challenges (like practicing piano) to keep me busy. Just saying hello from back at NIU.

I got my driver's license on Wednesday. It's only my learner's permit though, but I can still drive.

How old do you have to be to get your Learners?

Here you have to be 16, and 17 to get your full license.

Here you have to be 15 to get learner's, and 16 to get full. I could've gotten my learner's last year, lol.

I didn't even take the driver's test until I was almost 18; I'd been active on SSC for six months prior to getting my license. I just don't use the car much, so it took awhile for me to get the full 150 necessary hours of driving practice in.

^That's what I'm wondering, they say I have to have a max of 50 hours of driving, and 10 hours at night. But, there's no real way to know for sure.
