Printing a K'Nex instructions manual from the Intructions Database is quite a simple process.

First, go to the instruction manual of your choosing.
(for example: CYCLO - Ball machine elements - K'Nex Instructions )

Second, below the navigation bar that says things like Home, My Stuff, What's New, etc, look for "Instruction Manual Options" and click on it.

This will bring up a list. Then look for "Show Printable Version" and click on it. Finally, just tell your browser to print it and you are done.
