We moved last year and just unpacked my son's Ultimate Big Air Ball Tower. The building instructions seem not to have made the move. Where I can download the instructions? I do this all the time for his other toys by going to the manufacturer's website but can't find instruction manuals on the Kinex site. Thanks!

I think Knex will e-mail the instructions to you on their website if you ask.

My largest ball machine to date is Cataclysm,
using 28,538 pieces.

If you call Knex for and ask for the instructions,they will send you a CD with them on it, free of charge. All you have to do is print them out, or build from a laptop.

They have done this twice for me.

Wow...now I'm one of three people named Larry to be a part of this site (and apparently the youngest of all of them).

Back on topic:
Exactly like everyone else said, you should call K'Nex's company and tell them you need the instructions. I don't know if they also require you to prove the instructions are missing (I've never had to do this myself), but it's certainly a start.
