Some of You from SSC might know that My father owns racehorses and i am a very big fan of Horse Racing.Well ive decided to build a model racetrack out of K'nex .If anyone here has general knowledge of horse racing, you will understand the structures and objects i will be building.Also,I will try and figure up some kind of motorized system to actually make the horses move.... maybe someone could help me out on that one.Pics up Tommarow.

Sounds very cool.
If you want to get them in an oval just use a chain under the structure, put holes through the track, have the horses be attached the chain and fed through the hole going through.

Well, i tryed it out,and i just can't seem to make it work. So instead of a working racetrack,its going to be an ordinary model Racetrack,with a twist. This will be a Model Casino,Racetrack,and Resort. Im modeling this after Mountaineer Casino Racetrack and Resort in West Virginia: www.mtrgaming.com. Im entering this in the Contest BGT just made. It will feature: a racetrack,a racetrack grandstand,a Casino,a restraunt,a hotel,and a Entertainent venue(for example: concerts). So far today ive made the Concert Entertainment thingy,and part of the Casino/Hotel.

Sorry for no pics yesterday,i was busy with baseball. But i got some today.
The Hotel/Casino Part
It has 3 floors.The first floor will include:Hotel Lobby,Steakhouse,Slot Machines,Elevator
The second floor will include:Poker,Elevator
The third floor will inlcude 19 Hotel Rooms and an Elevator(Elevator is NOT a working model).

The Unfinished Concert Entertainment Place Thingy





The Supports for the concert center are designed like that,i wanted a tent like look to it. btw i still need to add seats to it. Construction will start on the racetrack whenever i get time,maybe tommarow unless i don't go to the REAL racetrack .

Covering them with paper is a must. That or do something like a design on my fooseball table.

I might cover the concert center with either paper or some kind of cloth,to give it the tent like feel im looking for. But the Hotel/Casino will stay as it is. I will also put signs up on each structure i am making. But i need names. The overall name of it will be Beechgrove Casino,Racetrack and Resort. But i need names for each building. For example, at Mountaineer they named their concert center "The Harv" and they named their Hotel "The Grande Hotel at Mountaineer".
