Hate to tell you this, but that's not the first fooseball table ever built with K'Nex. Of course, it's certainly the best out of all of them, though.
This actually reminds me of a pinball machine I built a couple years ago. It too had various mechanisms that would route the ball through the paths, but it's nothing compared to this.

I think it certainly fits into the Dynamics category on the forums. Not sure if I would classify it as a ball tower on the database. May need a new category for stuff like this.

^ That actually wouldn't be as hard as a Fooseball Table (I think).
This is amazing! I really love it! Do you ever actually play games on it like with your friends? -MIB

Actually, I every now and then.
Also, I actually keep making the table better as I go. I actually just recently had to take the chains off the lifts so I couldn't use the ball tower elements hidden in the legs anymore. So, I put a lock thing on it, and another way to get the balls to the spiral. EDIT: About the pool table. I was actually thinking about changing this into one before I could find the right rods. FYI, the rods were 4 feet long, and 1/4 inches in diameter.

A pool table wouldn't work unless you had a small mat above it, and rubber-lining so the balls wouldn't just "stop" when they hit the sides. If you didn't have the mat, the balls wouldn't go in a straight path.
Still this is the coolest thing ever. BTW, do you have pictures or videos of your pinball machine K'nexweasal? |
