Hello everyone,

So I'm working on a real working knex train at the moment. It runs on the older rollercoaster track. And my goal is to make it go through corners and straight rails for now.

This is what i made so far:

Looking very good so far. I like the smoke effect and the use of flexi rods.

OMG this is so fucking amazing, I wish I had some of these orange connectors for the track (like the yellow ones, but with something to attach tube to) then I would make something like this too!

Thanks for the comments, I will try to post a video before i go on vacation.
And I got most of those orange connectors from the hyper space tower. I really need more orange track/connectors for myself as well. Because now i only have like 3 meters of train track.
Anyways, I'm packing my bags for my trip to London at the moment. So there wont be any updates soon.

edit: sorry I'm to busy packing, so no video yet.

Thanks I'm working on a steer mechanism at the moment. I want to make the smoke turn to the right when the train is turning left, and visa versa. (Thats why the train is open in the first pic)

I love the realism of this! You're doing a great job so far.

One thing you can do to add even more realism is add a cow-catcher to the front of the engine. That would look awesome!

Well I'm still working on the smoke to move. And I had to redesign the motor part in order to make a drivers cabin with chairs and a small table. But its almost done.

A cow catcher might be a good idea! I'll see what I can do about that

you should make a few more cars and make a longer layout, and maybe a station.

Amazing, I like the cow pusher you added Like Coaster105 said, I think you should add more cars and make a bigger layout (maybe with switching tracks).
