Default Some of my weapons.

Well I see that weapons are a relatively new subject here so I decided to join to show you the finer points of K'nex weaponry.

One of my first guns based off another. I was relatively new to making guns out of knex so it was pretty good for the amount of skill I had. Based on the Stg44

I made this around last Christmas. It was my favorite weapon for awhile. Based on the UMP-45. The real one has a folding wire stock but I made a solid fixed stock on mine.

I made this quite awhile ago while I was still nooby at building. It didn't work too well. It's based off of the MP5k.

I attempted making the Master Sword from the LoZ series and it turned out OK but I knew I could do better. I never got around to redoing it.

And finally (I've made plenty other guns I haven't shown here) here is a generic slide action pistol. It's like those spring airsoft pistols where you pull back the slide to cock and load the gun. The magazine is in the handle.

Oh yeah and what I'm currently working on is a Thompson M1A1

lol you may think I'm crazy, but I'm not crazy. I'm just an evil genius.
I could teach some of you guys how to make K'nex guns if you want. In fact I'll just make a new thread breaking down the basics of K'nex guns. I know you guys have one already but eh...I think I can add more.

Lol thanks and thanks. Uh I forgot a few. I'll grab those quickly.

So this is something I call my oodassault pistol. It uses ammo that oodalumps found to be very stable when shot thus increasing accuracy and range compared to plain rod ammo. I wanted something that could repeat. It's basically made as a side arm for war.

Next I have one of the most iconic weapons on instructables. We had weapons that I tagged as "side arms" or basically small repeating pistols. I made my own and went around telling others they should make their own side arms too and thus the side arm fad started. I made a generic pistol and then I made this second version of it that improved the base design.

And now behold one of the tiniest repeating knex guns ever. The magazine holds about 3 shots. It does really work.

This is something I made a little while ago. It's a weapon that has a magazine horizontally over the barrel and the ammo get's pushed down a ramp into the barrel somewhat like tubular magazines on shots guns. It was easy to reload because you just took out the pusher on the back and inserted more ammo without having to deal with an external magazine or tilting the gun upside down.

Of course I have plenty more things but I didn't feel they were special enough to mention.

Sorry I didn't make instructions but I did get pictures of the insides of it. I have those on KI though. I actually tried it in reverse like a shotgun and then it would be pushed up into the barrel with a bolt but it didn't work out so well. I think you could essentially use this design for the Halo shotgun.

Default Keep It Up!

The guns are really good. I never really could master rifles and pistols, just Gatling guns mostly.
