This is a kinetic sculpture that catapults ping pong balls into a basket. The balls circulate over and over, as long as the motor is on.

This is a miter saw made out of Knex. I built it in only two days. The blade really spins, and it can cut paper. When it's pushed down, the blade guard slides up with the help of fishing line. Watch the video to see the saw in action:

I decided I would upload pictures of my older ball machines that I built before the Death Trap. I didn't have digital cameras back then like I do now. All these pictures were taken with a disposable camera, except the Spiral Plunge's pictures (I used the snapshot tool on WMM 2). The pictures are in chronological order from earliest to latest. The date at the end of each ball machine's name is when it was finished.
