-Message Deletion Policy
The message board staff reserves the right to delete any message at any time without the consent of the poster. Any posts that contain explicit material will be deleted and the user will receive a permanent ban. This includes posting items such as pornography, illegal downloads, or other illegal items, such as where to obtain illicit drugs.

--Message Editting Policy
The message board staff reserves the right to edit any message or messsage title for any reason. Offensive posts will be deleted as shown in the Message Deletion Policy.

---Banishment
The message board staff reserves the right to ban any member violating the forum rules or any other violation. Temporary bans may be used in some instances to cool members down after heated exchanges like flame wars.

----Spelling and Grammar
Any posts that are purposely spelled in all capitals, slang, or alternating capitalization (IE: bUsCh) will be deleted without notice. Users are expected to use mostly correct spelling and grammar in their posts. Continued use of improper grammar, poor spelling, and any other distasteful language in posts will result in infractions for members, that can eventually result in temporary bans.

-----Flaming
Any member who intentionally insults another member in an explicit manner on the forums will face infractions and/or banishment. Insulting a K'Nex Forum staff member will most likely result in a ban of some sort. The putting down of other members because of building skill or their newness to the site will not be tolerated.

------Advertising
Advertising websites is limited to your profile and signature. Any posts are the forums specifically advertising a website will be deleted. Any posts that contain links to referral or affiliate programs will be deleted without notice. Forum names may also not contain a website name. Users may also not advertise through the use of the website's private messaging system. Breaking of these rules more than once will result in banishment.

-------Spamming Policy
Any messages deemed to be spam by the message board staff will be deleted. Any user that continually spams will be banned. If your post is only a couple words long or one sentence long, the message board staff will likely consider it spam. If one of your posts disappears, DO NOT POST IT AGAIN. It was deleted by the message board staff on purpose. Reposting of a deleted post or thread will result in immediate infractions.

--------Curse Word Policy
Curse words used to attack another member will not be tolerated. Occasional usage of some words in appropriate contexts will be tolerated. Cursing for the fact of just cursing will not be tolerated. Circumventing this rule by using stars (****) or partial stars (f**k) is not allowed. Often acceptable curse words on the forum are ass, damn, hell, bitch, and shit.

---------Image Posting Policy
The posting of images is encouraged, and in some cases, such as in the construction forums, required. However, images displayed in threads should be no wider than 740 pixels. The forum software will automatically resize other images within posts.
